Bolted Cable & Hose Hanger

In September 2012 Swift Metal Services expanded their range of Cable Hangers to include a bolted variation of the popular Magnetic Cable-Mate hanger bracket.
The bolted Cable-Mate substitutes a bolt hole for the existing magnet and is a more permanent means of securing cables, hoses, air lines, and power leads, on building sites, construction sites, infrastructure developments.

One of Australia’s leading repetition manufacturers of metal components, Swift Metal Services Pty Ltd, has expanded their range of custom designed Heavy-Duty Pipe Supports. These supports are produced in accordance with client specifications and available in sizes ranging from 300mm up to 2 metres in diameter.

Working with many of Australia’s major infrastructure construction corporations including, Abigroup, Thiess, Leighton Contractors and Watpac Civil & Mining, to name a few; Swift Metal Services provide a complete steel manufacturing service including material procurement, cutting, stamping, pressing, forming, rolling, punching drilling and repetition fabrication of all types of metals. Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass and aluminium.

Swift Metal Services provide a full coating service for their heavy pipe saddles with galvanizing and powder-coating the most common finishes selected. Swift Pipe Supports are available with linings such as neoprene, to prevent abrasive wear points, where vibration of pipes and tube may be an issue. The attached photos provide an insight in the breadth and scope of repetition fabrication capacity Swift has, to produce 20 pipe brackets through to thousands.
